Cuppa and Catch up

Cuppa and Catch up

Date: 21 Apr, 2020  No Comments
Thank you to everyone who joined us for a cuppa and catch up on the 23rd April 2020. It was lovely to see so many families joining together virtually from across the globe and sharing their top tips on how they are keeping entertained whilst at home.

Let’s get together for our next cuppa and catch up on Wednesday 6th May 2020 at 1:45pm

Dr Richard Paisey will be joining us to share his top tips of how to manage diabetes and how to keep healthy whilst remaining indoors.

It would be great to hear how you are managing your diabetes at home, share your top tips and experiences or maybe you are finding it tricky to manage a healthy lifestyle, share your experiences too and we can join together to support one another through this difficult time.

The ASUK team will be available to offer ideas on how to stay healthy and have fun and we will try and answer any queries you may have.

Let’s face these challenges as a community together.

Top Tips

Here are some top tips to try and help this virtual get together run smoothly:

  1. Please join us at 1:45 pm, so we can sort any technical difficulties before the webinar begins
  2. Please don’t call or join the catch up after 2pm
  3. We will be able to mute all participants, so please don’t worry about this
  4. The first part of the session, will be a look through the useful websites, resources available and Dr Richard Paisey will share his top tips
  5. In the second part of the session there will be an opportunity to ask questions and share your top tips
  6. Don’t worry if you would prefer to just listen, we know how overwhelming it can be talking online so feel free to contribute as much or a little as you like
  7. If you join us online you can always add your questions or top tips to the chat box (Speech bubble) in the top right of your screen
